Tried and True Magic Kingdom Favorites

Cinderella Castle at Night

Cinderella Castle at Night

A trip to the Magic Kingdom would not be complete without a ride on what I consider the classics. Yes, it's all about the classics for me. Just entering the Magic Kingdom brings about such a feeling of Nostalgia as it was, and still is, my favorite Disney Park. The reason for this is based on the fact that I know without doubt that my tried and true favorites are waiting for me to enjoy just as they were when I was a child. This fact never changes no matter how old I get in between trips.

Kids today seem to bypass the classics in favor of the bigger trill rides, which I also enjoy, but they just don't take you back in time like the classics do. I guess I'm just an old romantic at heart and instead of thrill rides I run straight for the classics.

The classics for me are the rides that brought great joy and excitement to me as a child. These are the rides that have been there from the beginning of my memories. So every trip I take now as an adult has to include a ride (or two)on Cinderella's Golden Carrousel, it's a Small World, Peter Pan's Flight , Dumbo the Flying Elephants, and of course the Teacups. And oh... how I miss Mr. Toads Wild Ride!
